Being a Just Cuts Loyalty Club member means that you get exclusivity to Check-In to the queue remotely! So it is very convenient when you are on the go and time poor. You also get rewards points for visiting any Just Cuts salon and you can then use this voucher for a discount on any product or service of your choice!
What do my Just You points mean?
For every dollar, you spend at Just Cuts, you get one point. Once you reach 200 points, you get a $10 voucher to use on any service or product of your choice! It’s super easy and you get rewarded every time you visit a Just Cuts salon!
Is there a limit on points and do they expire?
Once you reach your 200 points and receive your $10 voucher, you will have 7 weeks to use it.
When will my card update with the points?
Immediately! Your points should update right away, if for some reason they don’t please email the Just You support team at firstname.lastname@example.org
What is the difference between my physical card and the one in the app?
Your app is much more convenient and has more cool features and functionalities that you can’t access if you opt for the physical loyalty club card, you can’t check into the queue with your physical card. In saying that you can still accumulate points when you sign up using the physical card and get rewarded each time you visit a Just Cuts salon!
If I have registered in the app using the plastic card I was given in salon, do I still need to keep the physical one or is the app sufficient?
You will just need your app! Your points and details will all be stored there.
What do I do if my personal details change?
Just login to your app and change your profile details in the top right-hand corner. Alternatively, on your next visit to your local Just Cust salon, ask your friendly Stylist to update your details.
