About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Operations & Training, the Operations & Training Lead plays a critical role in strengthening salon performance through training, operational support and hands-on engagement.

This is a highly visible, field-based role suited to someone who is commercially minded, confident working with franchisees, and passionate about developing people and improving operational outcomes.

You’ll work closely with franchise owners, salon teams and internal stakeholders to deliver training, support compliance, and ensure brand standards are consistently met as the network continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver training programs across customer service, leadership, onboarding, and eLearning

  • Provide hands-on operational support through onsite visits, audits and in-salon coaching

  • Support recruitment and onboarding for new salon openings

  • Identify capability gaps and performance risks, implementing practical improvement plans

  • Build strong, trusted relationships with franchise owners, salon teams and internal leaders

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in operations, training, franchise support or multi-site environments

  • Certificate IV or Diploma in Training & Assessment (or equivalent experience)

  • Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Commercially savvy with the ability to translate insights into action

  • Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, growing business

  • Willingness to travel interstate and internationally as required

Experience in a franchise environment or the hair & Beauty/retail industry will be highly regarded.

Description:

International Sales Account Manager

Reporting to the Global Sales Manager, this role is a hands-on coordination and support position, working closely with international distributors, key accounts and internal marketing teams to ensure launches, promotions and sales initiatives are delivered seamlessly.

You will play a critical role in keeping international accounts informed, supported and commercially focused.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support international sales accounts with day-to-day coordination and communication

  • Work closely with international distributors and partners to support product launches and promotional activity

  • Coordinate marketing assets, launch materials and product information with internal marketing and design teams

  • Assist in preparing sales presentations, range listings and account updates

  • Manage sample packs, product requests and launch kits for international accounts

  • Maintain and update CRM systems, account records and sales trackers

  • Monitor sales performance and assist with reporting and analysis

  • Support global sales initiatives, campaigns and growth projects

  • Act as a key point of contact to ensure timelines, expectations and deliverables are met across regions


About You

  • 1–3 years’ experience in sales support, account coordination, marketing or FMCG (haircare or beauty highly regarded)

  • Strong organisational and communication skills

  • Confident working across multiple stakeholders, cultures and time zones

  • High attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple priorities

  • Comfortable working with CRM systems, spreadsheets and sales reporting

  • Proactive, reliable and eager to learn international sales and account management

  • Passion for haircare, beauty or consumer brands is a strong advantage
