About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Operations & Training, the Operations & Training Lead plays a critical role in strengthening salon performance through training, operational support and hands-on engagement.
This is a highly visible, field-based role suited to someone who is commercially minded, confident working with franchisees, and passionate about developing people and improving operational outcomes.
You’ll work closely with franchise owners, salon teams and internal stakeholders to deliver training, support compliance, and ensure brand standards are consistently met as the network continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver training programs across customer service, leadership, onboarding, and eLearning

Provide hands-on operational support through onsite visits, audits and in-salon coaching

Support recruitment and onboarding for new salon openings

Identify capability gaps and performance risks, implementing practical improvement plans

Build strong, trusted relationships with franchise owners, salon teams and internal leaders
What We’re Looking For

Experience in operations, training, franchise support or multi-site environments

Certificate IV or Diploma in Training & Assessment (or equivalent experience)

Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills

Commercially savvy with the ability to translate insights into action

Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, growing business

Willingness to travel interstate and internationally as required
Experience in a franchise environment or the hair & Beauty/retail industry will be highly regarded.
