JUST CUTS FRANCHISING & JUSTICE PROFESSIONAL HAIRCARE
An exceptional opportunity awaits an enthusiastic educator and accomplished hairstylist to join the largest franchise group in the hairdressing industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Inspire stylists through education to elevate their capabilities
· Travel nationally to facilitate events, workshops and in-salon trainings
· Facilitate franchisee training and operations training to ensure compliance
· Deliver new stylists onboarding in salon operations and product knowledge
· Support new salon openings with salon set up procedures and grand openings
· Train stylists on retailing skills to empower them to sell through to their clients
· Facilitate training sessions on Justice Haircare product knowledge
· Conduct interactive and engaging virtual training sessions
· Engage digitally with the stylist community through FB Live training sessions
· Create social media content showcasing the Justice Haircare range
· Develop education presentations using Canva and update training materials
· Collaborate on developing of new education programs that drive retail sales
· Collaborate with the operations team on salon audits to identify training needs
· Contribute to the planning of yearly training schedules and curriculum development
· Provide coaching to franchisees that need business guidance to elevate their growth
KEY SKILLS:
· Qualified hairdresser with minimum 5+ years’ experience
· Educator with excellent cutting and styling skills
· Sales and education experience in haircare retailing
· Outstanding facilitation skills in person and on camera
· Social media confidence and digital education experience
· Experience in franchising or group salon organizations
· Sound computer literacy and strong organizational skills
· Business acumen with financial knowledge
· Flexibility to travel nationally regularly
