Good morning we are all quick to complain however I would like to compliment Libby's customer service she has always shown. Libby is always friendly and welcoming and listens to how you would like your hair cut. She advises me of product available that may improve my hair but never pushy. Libby always gives a wonderful customer experience and needs to be acknowledged in some way for this. Thank you Libby.

Just had a style cut this morning and wanted to compliment the service I received from Christine at Lakehaven. Ive never had a bad experience with Just Cuts but today just reminded me why I always come back to Just Cuts because of service like the one I received at Lakehaven today. Ive worked in retail for a while and it’s good to see bright young people with a smile on their face and good attitude like Christine. I just wanted to thank Christine and all the Just Cuts team for the good work.

Can honestly say Jane gave me the best haircut today that I have had in years. She helped me with deciding how I wanted it cut and explained what she did so I could get it again next time. And she was the sweetest lady aswell. You've got yourself an A++++ worker there. ??????

I would just like so formally praise the team at your Lake Haven NSW branch for an all round great experience.
I visited the Lake Haven store at around 1:40PM on Saturday, 26 July. I can not overstate how pleased I am by the exceptional customer service I received.
I visit the Lake Haven store every couple of weeks for a cut and I have to say that great service is certainly consistent there; however, this particular experience was fantastic! I will certainly visit again.
From memory, my hairdresser was Natalie. I recall seeing something along the lines of "(2IC)" on her badge. Natalie certainly deserves praise as she showed in depth knowledge of her practice as well as a great deal of understanding when I explained the style I was after. Natalie was understanding and very friendly, she explained everything she was doing.
Natalie as well as the receptionist (have forgotten the name, although her badge stated "Receptionist") are certainly noteworthy ambassadors for the company; I will certainly pass details of my experience on to my friends and family.
I am more than happy to provide further details of my experience. I sincerely hope this feedback is passed on the the Lake Haven store as they deserve to know that their customers are acknowledging the service they are receiving.
